​Appropriate insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.

Price includes: accommodation, twice daily yoga & 3 daily meals (on full days), use of all yoga mats & props plus use of tennis courts.

Optional extras: use of the hot tub & booking massages.
​
All meals will be catered for by The Quiaves excellent retreat chefs. The menu will be created using the produce that is in season and also around any specific dietary requirements.

TRAVEL
The nearest train stations are Canterbury West and Canterbury East. If you are coming from London, the quickest trains are from Kings Cross St Pancras or Stratford, and takes about 51 minutes to Canterbury West. The trains to Canterbury East are slower with more stops. There are cabs you can pick up outside of Canterbury West, but Canterbury East we would recommend booking ahead.
